Joe Biden scrambling to survive

Recently, Joe Biden visited an assisted-living center along with Ehud Olmert (Israeli prime minister) and Hillary Clinton. When Biden was asked about the costs of elder care, he explained that is was necessary for families to be able to care for their elderly in their homes. During this meeting, Biden also explained why he wears a flag pin explaining that is shows solidarity. He brings this up because of Barack Obama's recent decision to stop wearing his flag pin.

Biden has been in a scramble to survive competing against Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. His fans say that they like him but they do not think he can win. Biden is hoping to finish in at least third place in Iowa on January 3rd. This would be a victory for him because he recently was running in fifth place and this third place would be enough to help him with New Hampshire for the January 8th primary. If he does not get third or fourth place in Iowa, Biden says that he is out of the race.

On Saturday, Joe Biden stated that the solution to illegal immigration starts with the Mexican government officials who need to expand their economies in order to provide good jobs. Biden states that the Mexican government is being “irresponsible”. Biden states that illegal immigration will continue even if there is a high border fence put in place. Biden acknowledges that illegal immigration doesn’t only involve people coming across the Mexican border into the US, but also the people who overstay their visas. His solution for this is to allow time for those in the country illegally to allow for criminal background checks and to prove they are paying taxes before earning citizenship.

Is Biden in the election to show, place or win? I'm curious to know, because after watching a recent Democratic debate,I was impressed with Biden. But it does not like he has a realistic shot of winning the primaries.
