Biden's silent streak

Biden is such an excitement now-a-days. He has yet to endorse anyone but was recently seen walking into a speech chatting very warmly. At Biden’s first Washington news conference 3 weeks after he removed his bid for president, Biden was not pleased to answer any questions about politics. He has recently been asked questions by reporters such as if he had any thoughts about President Bill Clinton’s role and his tone in the campaign. He then replied that he has no thoughts about that subject. His attitude lately has been far from pleasing due to not being very communicative.
